The 19th Annual Conference of the Jharkhand Orthopaedic Association (JOACON 2027) will be held from 29th-31st January 2027 at AIIMS Deoghar. Join leading orthopaedic experts, researchers, and clinicians for workshops, panel discussions, and lectures by eminent national and international faculty.

  • Notification of Acceptance: December 30, 2026
  • Conference Dates: January 29-31, 2027

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract should be written in English.
  • Maximum 500 words (excluding title and authors).
  • Include: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
  • No images, tables, or graphs in abstract text.
  • Maximum 5 authors per abstract.
  • Presenting author must be registered for the conference.
  • Abstracts will be peer-reviewed.

Awards & Recognition

  • Best Paper Award: ₹25,000/-
  • Best Poster Award: ₹15,000/-
  • Young Researcher Award: ₹20,000/-
  • All accepted abstracts will be published in Conference Proceedings.
